Privacy Policy
Last updated October 23, 2026
This policy explains what Unsaid, operated by Ningbo Hou, an individual, does with your information.
What you give us
- Your story and details: the names or nicknames, the situation you describe and your follow-up questions. Please do not enter full names, addresses, phone numbers or other identifying details of real people.
- Feedback: anything you send through “Whisper to Creator”.
- Payment: handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, not your card number.
How your story is used
Your text is sent to third-party AI providers to generate your reading. These may include Google (Gemini), Groq, Cloudflare Workers AI, OpenRouter and DeepSeek, and may process data in the United States or other countries. We do not build user accounts or profiles, and we do not sell your data. We do not intentionally store your story in a database; the sealed final reading is held in an encrypted token that is kept in your browser, not on our servers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and the AI providers may keep short-term technical logs under their own policies.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising cookies. Your browser session storage keeps items needed for the site to work, such as your unsent draft and your reading token, and these are cleared when you close the tab. We may use privacy-friendly aggregate analytics from our host (page views, country, device type).
Feedback
Feedback you submit is delivered to us through a private messaging channel so we can read and respond.
Your choices
You can clear your browser storage at any time to remove locally stored items. To ask about any information you sent us (for example in feedback), contact unsaidsanctuary@outlook.com.
Children
Unsaid is for adults 18 and over and is not intended for children.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
